The website ordering process was a little confusing when trying to order two cups, one for each pet and I ended up with plain white mugs rather than the ones with coloured insides and handles, one pink, one blue. The ones I ended up with are very "chunky" and quite heavy for my small hands. But the artwork is beautiful and the speed in which they were produced and sent was excellent. I would definitely consider trying to reorder the cups I actually wanted for daily use and keep the others on display.
